In our field we grow two varieties of Olives. Arbequina, which is characterized by its great resistance to cold and fruity aromas, and Koroneiki, from Greece, an olive variation that achieves medium intensity spiciness, bitterness and astringency. Together these two variations of olives achieve the perfect balance in the making of olive oil.

Our location allows a moderate temperature condition and absence of cold due to the proximity to the sea. With this we obtain the most optimal harvest to produce the best oil.
